• Job Title: Healthcare Customer Service Representative
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours of Operation: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST
• Must be available to work any 8-hour shift within operating hours
• Start Date: TBD

What You'll Do:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and patient support
• Verify patient information accurately
• Handle inbound calls and occasional outbound calls regarding prescription benefits
• Review patient billing and medical information
• Follow Federal Health Care Program guidelines and compliance standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and data entry

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent call center experience (required, no exceptions)
• At least 1 year of recent medical insurance experience
• Understanding of insurance plans and benefit structures
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Ability to meet company KPI expectations
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Requirements

• Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices (preferred)
• Private, quiet, distraction-free workspace
• Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection (hotspots are not permitted)
• Ability to work scheduled shifts without interruptions
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills
