Role Description

We are seeking dependable, service-minded individuals to join our remote team as Guest Services Specialist. In this role, you will assist clients as they plan upcoming vacations by helping them explore suitable options, organize requested arrangements, and stay informed throughout the process.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, researching information, and keeping details organized. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided to help you build confidence in the role.

• Speak with clients to understand their destination interests, preferred travel dates, budget, vacation preferences, and special requests.
• Research available hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages using approved resources.
• Assist with coordinating selected services and keep confirmations, reservation information, schedules, and itinerary details organized.
• Provide courteous guest support by answering routine questions, communicating updates, following up on outstanding items, and helping with standard changes when needed.
• Review reservation information for accuracy, track important dates, maintain clear client records, and continue learning about destinations and supplier offerings.
