Role Description

We are seeking organized, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to assist clients with researching and coordinating personalized vacation experiences. The Remote Guest Services Planner communicates with clients, identifies suitable options, organizes reservation details, and provides professional support throughout the planning process. This remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, researching destinations, and managing important details. Previous experience in the travel industry is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided to help you learn planning procedures, client communication, destination research, and reservation systems.

• Communicate with clients to understand their preferred destinations, dates, interests, accommodation needs, and budgets.
• Research resorts, cruises, hotels, vacation packages, transportation, activities, and excursions.
• Compare available options and prepare organized recommendations for client review.
• Explain general amenities, package inclusions, reservation policies, and available services.
• Assist clients with completing reservations and reviewing confirmation details.
• Verify traveler names, dates, and other important information for accuracy.
• Monitor payment deadlines, documentation needs, and reservation requirements.
• Provide clients with preparation reminders and relevant destination information.
• Communicate applicable changes or reservation updates promptly.
• Maintain organized and confidential client records.
• Follow up with clients before and after their vacations.
• Complete required training and participate in continuing education.
• Develop client relationships through personal marketing, networking, repeat business, and referrals.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Applicants must reside in the United States or Mexico.
• Reliable internet access and a computer or compatible device are required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Applicants must possess excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Applicants must be able to manage deadlines and follow up consistently.
• Applicants must be comfortable conducting online research and learning new systems.
• Applicants must be self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Applicants must be willing to complete training and follow established procedures.
• Customer service, hospitality, administrative, sales, or planning experience is helpful but not required.
