Role Description

We're looking for dependable, service-minded individuals to provide customer support in a remote environment. As a Global Customer Service Provider, you'll assist clients with:

• Questions, updates, scheduling, service requests, and general coordination
• Reservations, accommodations, transportation details, activities, or other planning-related services

No previous industry experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Responding to client questions and service requests
• Gathering important information and preferences
• Providing updates and next-step guidance
• Coordinating schedules, confirmations, and follow-up
• Maintaining accurate client records
• Assisting with changes or special requests
• Researching information when needed
• Supporting select reservation or itinerary-related details
• Helping ensure each client receives consistent, professional support

Qualifications

• Professional and comfortable communicating with different types of clients
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Dependable with follow-through
• Able to manage multiple requests
• Comfortable using email, apps, and online systems
• Self-motivated in a remote environment
• Adaptable when priorities or client needs change
• Willing to learn new tools and processes
• Focused on creating a positive customer experience
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, scheduling, reservations, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
