• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and efficient solutions to German-speaking subscribers.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the latest streaming content, platform features, and technical updates.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize support processes within the competitive streaming industry.
• Represent a global brand with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM to support ongoing platform improvements.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) for internal collaboration and reporting.
• Full professional proficiency in German to serve our client’s primary market.
• Exceptional passion for technology and the streaming platforms industry.
• Previous experience in customer service or a digital-first support environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-friendly environment based in Greece.
