Role Description

We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as German Speaking Video Streaming Customer Experts. This unique position in Greece is designed for tech-savvy professionals who want to help shape the user experience for one of the world's most prominent streaming platforms.

• Provide high-quality technical support to subscribers of a leading video streaming platform via chat, email, and phone.
• Troubleshoot playback issues, subscription billing inquiries, and device compatibility concerns for a German-speaking audience.
• Deliver expert guidance on platform features, content navigation, and personalized streaming recommendations.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the latest streaming trends and platform updates to ensure accurate information delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve complex streaming service outages or platform bugs.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the excellence associated with premium streaming services.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics related to service quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German language proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit allowing employment in Greece.
• Strong passion for the video streaming industry and digital media content.
• Excellent communication skills with an empathetic and patient approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is considered a distinct advantage.
