Role Description

Are you fluent in German, customer-focused, and eager to build a remote career with a global online travel leader? We have partnered with a BPO to recruit German-Speaking Customer Support Experts for a world-leading travel and accommodation platform. In this fully remote position from anywhere in Greece, you will assist travelers and lodging partners with bookings, platform navigation, payment solutions, and service inquiries.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: C1 or higher fluency in German, paired with strong B2 English skills for international system tools and training.
• Core Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication, empathetic problem-solving, active listening, and strong digital troubleshooting capabilities.
• Work Setup & Location: Based in Greece (or willing to relocate) with a dedicated, quiet home workspace and reliable high-speed internet.
• Training Availability: Prepared to complete a fully paid, intensive 3-week virtual onboarding program conducted in English.
• Experience: Prior experience in customer operations, contact centers, hospitality, or travel is a plus, but motivated entry-level candidates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support in German via phone, email, and digital messaging channels for travelers and accommodation partners.
• Assist users with booking modifications, reservation cancellations, payment processing, and refund inquiries.
• De-escalate platform complaints professionally, applying quick and effective resolutions to protect customer satisfaction.
• Guide customers and business partners through platform features, account settings, and general travel inquiries.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in internal CRM platforms while maintaining speed and service quality.
