• Provide excellent customer support and assistance to German-speaking clients regarding transportation services and inquiries.
• Manage booking requests, scheduling, and problem resolution through various communication channels.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and service transactions within the CRM system.
• Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth transport operations and timely service delivery.
• Stay updated on transportation policies, products, and procedural updates to offer precise information to customers.
• Identify and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize service processes.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within transportation or logistics sectors.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask effectively and solve problems in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and transportation systems is preferred.
