Role Description

Are you fluent in German and passionate about technology? We are looking for customer-focused individuals to join our technical support team, providing expert assistance for high-end imaging products, including digital cameras, printers, and professional office equipment.

In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients and their customers, helping users troubleshoot issues, optimize their equipment, and ensure they get the best possible experience from their technology. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to turn you into a product expert.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal command of German
• Good communication skills in English
• A natural curiosity for gadgets, imaging technology, and hardware troubleshooting
• Solution-driven with the ability to think outside the box
• Possess patience and communication skills to create positive interactions
• Eager to learn and absorb new information quickly
• Adventurous spirit and a positive outlook

Requirements

• Assist customers via phone, chat, and email
• Track and follow up on customer cases for efficient resolution
• Maintain a professional and empathetic approach with every interaction
• Diagnose issues and follow established procedures to fix technical hurdles
• Work to meet client-specific KPIs and internal performance goals
• Exchange ideas with your team and contribute to a positive work environment
