In this role, you will help create a smooth and reliable reservation experience for German-speaking customers in the travel sector. This is an opportunity to contribute to service quality at every stage of the customer journey, supporting travelers with care, accuracy, and professionalism while working in a multilingual, fast-paced environment.

• Handle inbound reservation inquiries from German-speaking customers across phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with booking changes, cancellations, and special accommodation requests.
• Provide accurate information on rates, availability, policies, and relocation support details.
• Maintain detailed customer records and update reservation systems with high accuracy.
• Deliver professional multilingual service while meeting response time and quality targets.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency at C1 or C2 level.
• Good English language proficiency.
• Have good soft skills.
