• Provide high-quality support to customers regarding vehicle rentals and travel arrangements across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Manage reservation queries, modifications, and cancellations with professional precision.
• Utilize industry-specific software to streamline the rental booking process for international travelers.
• Troubleshoot travel-related issues, ensuring a seamless experience for clients throughout their rental journey.
• Advise customers on travel insurance, vehicle upgrades, and local road requirements in the travel sector.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to ensure excellence in service quality.
• Collaborate with international partners to ensure optimal vehicle availability during peak travel seasons.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering premium service within the travel industry.
