Role Description

In the European insurance sector, precision, dependability, and regulatory compliance are essential. We are seeking German-speaking insurance specialists to join a remote team representing one of Germany's premier insurance providers. Working from home anywhere in Greece, you will manage coverage portfolios, consult policyholders, and process complex claims for a client network exceeding 13 million policyholders. In this role, you will combine analytical rigor with compassionate client service, building a rewarding, stable career with a global industry leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio Consulting: Advise policyholders on comprehensive coverage options—including auto, liability, health, and property insurance—to ensure complete risk management and tailored protection.
• Claims Management: Guide clients smoothly through every phase of the claims procedure, providing structured support, empathetic communication, and clear solutions.
• Client Retention: Build long-term trust by conducting regular account reviews, addressing inquiries proactively, and delivering high-level customer service.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Execute system transactions, assess policy documents, and manage confidential financial records in strict accordance with European data privacy (GDPR) guidelines.
• Process Improvement: Participate actively in virtual team meetings, coaching sessions, and quality reviews to streamline workflows and boost overall service quality.

Qualifications

• Language Skills: Fluent (C1/C2 level) in written and spoken German for client-facing communications, plus professional English (B2 level or higher) for internal alignment, training, and systems navigation.
• Analytical Ability: Skilled at assessing detailed file information, interpreting policy clauses, and delivering accurate risk evaluations.
• Composure: Able to maintain professional composure, empathy, and clarity when handling high-value property claims or sensitive financial issues.
• Remote Work Discipline: Strong self-motivation, solid time-management skills, and strict adherence to remote data security protocols and confidentiality standards.
• Experience & Background: Previous professional background in insurance, finance, banking, or legal fields is an advantage, though not mandatory as comprehensive paid training is provided.
