Role Description

• Support German-speaking customers via phone & email
• Handle motor insurance requests: new policies, changes, cancellations
• Process claims & cases, escalate when needed
• Keep records accurate (contracts, documents, SEPA, address updates)
• Offer tailored insurance solutions and recommend add-ons when relevant

Qualifications

• German fluency (C1+)
• Customer-focused communication + strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using PC/CRM/MS Office
• Typing speed 25 WPM, accuracy 85%
• High school diploma or higher

Requirements

• Location: Piraeus, Greece (Work-from-home within Greece)
• Start Date: 02 June 2026
• Interview Deadline: 22 May 2026
• Schedule: Rotational shifts 09:00–22:00, 5 days/week (Mon–Sun)
