Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Fluent (C1/C2 level) in written and spoken German to interpret complex policy documents.
• Professional English (B2 level or higher) for internal alignment.

• Able to maintain professional composure when handling high-value property claims or sensitive financial issues.
• Strong self-motivation, solid time-management skills, and strict adherence to remote data security protocols.
