Role Description

This is a 100% remote position. To be considered for this role, applicants must permanently reside, be legally registered, and be physically based anywhere within Greece.

Operating from your home office anywhere in Greece, you will oversee coverage portfolios and manage vital claims operations for an expansive network of more than 13 million policyholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a dependable advisor and claims handler, maintaining global compliance standards while delivering peace of mind and financial security to clients.
• Portfolio Consulting:
  • Provide expert recommendations across a diverse range of indemnity solutions—including auto, liability, and property insurance—helping clients maintain optimized, risk-controlled coverage plans.
• End-to-End Claims Handling:
  • Methodically walk policyholders through the entire claims lifecycle, offering clear instructions and an empathetic, resolution-focused approach during stressful financial moments.
• Account Retention:
  • Strengthen customer loyalty by executing structured coverage reviews and providing exceptional account maintenance.
• Data Integrity & Compliance:
  • Leverage specialized underwriting platforms and enterprise databases to manage sensitive financial information in absolute accordance with European data protection laws (GDPR).
• Workflow Optimization:
  • Participate in remote agile briefings to identify operational bottlenecks and elevate daily service delivery benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual command of German (C1/C2 level) to evaluate complex legal contracts and policy wording, paired with professional English skills (B2 level minimum) for internal reporting.
• The skill to dissect complex case files and supply clients with precise, high-value risk evaluations.
• The capacity to remain composed, confident, and reassuring when handling significant property losses or sensitive premium disputes.
• A proven track record of strong time management, self-driven productivity, and strict data security compliance while working independently from home.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in banking, insurance, brokerage, or legal sectors is an advantage but not mandatory. Our corporate training academy will provide complete preparation for qualified applicants.
