This role is strictly 100% Remote within Greece. In the world of European insurance, trust is everything. Working from your own home office anywhere in Greece, you will manage insurance portfolios and handle sensitive claims for over 13 million customers. The Role: Insurance Advice & Management

• Policy Expert: Give professional advice on various insurance products—including car, liability, and property insurance—to make sure customers have the best coverage.
• Claims Help: Guide customers through the claims process with technical accuracy and a helpful attitude during stressful situations.
• Building Loyalty: Keep customers happy by performing personalized coverage reviews and providing excellent administrative support.
• Technical Accuracy: Use professional insurance software to manage data under strict German privacy rules (GDPR).
• Continuous Improvement: Help the remote team stay excellent by suggesting ways to improve work processes.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native mastery of German (C1/C2 level).
• Professional English (B2 level) for team reports.
• Experience in finance, insurance, or law is a big plus.
