Role Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused German-Speaking Customer Advisors to join our remote team based in Greece. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in German
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction
• Log and update customer records in internal CRM systems
• Collaborate with team members and escalate complex cases when necessary
• Meet individual and team KPIs and quality standards

Qualifications

• Native or near-native German speaker (C1/C2 level minimum)
• Good command of English (B2 or above)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and solution-focused attitude
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
• EU passport or valid right to work in Greece
