Role Description

Mercier Consultancy is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a Logistics & Delivery Advisor with German and English based in Bulgaria. This role is ideal for German-speaking professionals who enjoy solving problems and delivering outstanding customer support.

• Assist customers with delivery inquiries, shipment tracking, order updates, and logistics-related solutions.
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
• Help resolve delivery issues and provide shipment updates.
• Work closely with logistics partners to create a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German (spoken and written).
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple software applications.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, logistics, transportation, e-commerce, or call centers is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria if currently living abroad.
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
