Role Description

We're hiring on behalf of an international gaming company that offers casual gaming products (sweepstakes-style entertainment) to the US market. This fully remote role supports players around the clock across chat, email, and ticketing channels.

• Respond promptly to player inquiries about gameplay, features, and technical issues
• Help players troubleshoot account, payment, and gameplay problems
• Guide players on rules, strategies, and ongoing promotions
• Log and track interactions using our support platform
• Escalate complex issues to development and QA teams as needed
• Flag recurring player feedback trends to help improve the product

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (gaming industry a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay composed under pressure
• Comfort working rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays (24/7 support coverage)
• Basic proficiency with CRM or customer support tools

Requirements

• Passion for gaming and familiarity with online gaming culture
• Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment

Benefits

• This is an independent contractor engagement (no fixed employee benefits)
• Paid monthly with a base component plus attendance and performance-based incentives — up to approximately ₱32,950/month based on average ticket volume
• Includes a ₱5,000 first-month training allowance and up to ₱500/day night shift differential
• Equipment provided; work fully from home
