Role Description

Colina Realtor is looking for an experienced and customer service oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for Colina Realtor, the Front Desk Receptionist will need to provide outstanding customer service to everyone visiting our office.

The ideal candidate for this position is a friendly, organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in customer service, office administration and data entry. We are looking for someone who can deliver a personalized customer experience and is passionate about making a difference.

• Greet guests in a timely and professional manner
• Manage the reception area and direct visitors to the relevant person or department
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Monitor and record visitors’ information
• Process payments and order services
• Provide administrative support to the internal team
• File and sort documents accurately and in a timely fashion
• Create, update and maintain electronic filing systems with customer information
• Monitor inventory levels of office supplies

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar position is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
