Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support in fluent French to clients with inquiries related to automotive products, vehicle services, warranties, and aftersales care.
• Provide accurate, detailed information regarding automotive features, specifications, maintenance schedules, and dealer network referrals.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a consistently high standard of service in every interaction.
• Efficiently diagnose and resolve customer concerns related to vehicles, spare parts, roadside assistance, and service bookings, escalating complex cases where appropriate.
• Accurately log all customer interactions, case details, and resolutions within the CRM system in accordance with company guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and automotive service partners to ensure timely follow-up and effective resolution of open cases.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey and contribute feedback to continuous improvement initiatives within the automotive support division.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive industry developments, product updates, and brand communications to provide informed, credible support.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French language skills, both spoken and written, are mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or appropriate work authorization permitting employment within Greece.
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a client-facing role is highly desirable; experience within the automotive industry is a significant advantage.
• Strong communication skills with a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach to customer interaction.
• Comfortable working with CRM platforms, digital ticketing systems, and standard office software.
