[Hiring] Finastra PAYplus / GPP SME - Customer Support @PROLIM Global Corporation

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Finastra PAYplus / GPP (Global Pay Plus) SME to support banking payment systems in a customer-facing production and implementation environment. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Finastra PAYplus and GPP and strong knowledge of banking payment applications, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Finastra PAYplus / GPP Subject Matter Expert and primary point of contact for customer issues.
• Provide functional expertise for PAYplus/GPP system and business configuration.
• Troubleshoot and triage issues using logs, trace files, GUI, and Oracle queries.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend workarounds and permanent solutions.
• Support SIT, UAT, and NFT testing activities for banking customers.
• Participate in LLD and ILD workshops, providing inputs on system design, interfaces, and integrations.
• Support production incidents, upgrades, releases, and implementation activities.
• Lead customer calls to understand requirements, explain issues and solutions, provide status updates, and define next steps.
• Review Technical Specifications, Functional Specifications, and Use Cases.
• Collaborate with customer, Finastra, functional, and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned support activities.

Experience

• Junior SME: 5-7 years of PAYplus/GPP experience
• Senior SME: 7+ years of PAYplus/GPP experience

Mandatory Requirement

• Direct, hands-on Finastra PAYplus / GPP experience is REQUIRED.
• Candidates without hands-on PAYplus/GPP experience will not be considered.
