[Hiring] Field Service Manager @Ecolab

Role Description

Ecolab is currently seeking a Field Service Manager to work in our QSR division. In this role you will be responsible for partnering with our fast-food customers and providing them with personal customer service and solutions for all of their cleaning and sanitation needs.

What You Will Do

• Perform installation and maintenance of dispensing equipment in customer locations.
• Develop and enhance customer relationships while providing personal customer service and solutions for their cleaning and sanitation needs.
• Provide training to customers on procedures and products.
• Support and run product and program tests.
• Completes all required reporting on a timely basis.

Qualifications

• Technical or Bachelor Degree, or relevant experience.
• 3+ years work experience.
• Willingness to travel (several overnight per week) and desire to be a remote worker.
• Time management – planning and organization.
• Customer oriented.
• Ability to build customers’ trust – integrity.
• Written Communication to create consulting reports for customers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as technician will be considered as a plus.
• Previous experience in fast-food restaurants as restaurant manager, supervisor or in the operation team will be considered as a plus.
• English at intermediate level or more will be considered a plus.
