As a Fashion Consultant, you will:

• Solve any kind of customer’s doubt or complaint regarding our Client
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
• Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers
• Escalate potential service issues
• Follow all the processes and procedures of the project
• Provide cover for other Agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams
• Ensure contractual SLA is maintained

Qualifications

• Bilingual or proficient in German plus advanced English
• Goal and customer service oriented
• Good disposition to work in a customer service environment
• Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/internet configuration

Benefits

• 39 hours/week: Rotative Monday - Saturday 08h - 17h or Rotative Monday - Saturday 11h - 20h
• Salary 20.623 euros gross/year + up to 2.440 euros gross/year in bonus
