Role Description

• This position will primarily work remotely with occasional in-person requirements. Excellent communication, organizational, computer, and telephone skills are necessary.
• Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling patient appointments for multiple clinics is required.
• Courteously receiving incoming telephone calls/instant messaging and taking messages as needed.
• Assists in managing provider and clinic scheduling templates.
• Maintains and initiates faxes and other means of electronic communications and forms.
• Routes all incoming calls.

Qualifications

• Ability to type and work within computer scheduling platforms.
• Excellent telephone and instant messaging etiquette. EPIC experience preferred.
• Proficient use of EMR, including proper documentation, understanding, and utilization.
• Ensures efficient telephone communication.
