[Hiring] Experienced Consumer Collection Specialist @Caine & Weiner

Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Work from home Collection Specialist to join our Caine & Weiner team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing consumer/retail accounts, conducting account analysis, and negotiating payment plans. This role requires strong phone etiquette, a solid understanding of financial concepts, and the ability to work with various software. A background in Commercial, Consumer, Legal, First and Third party collections is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage outstanding accounts by contacting clients via phone and email to collect payments.
• Conduct thorough account analysis to identify payment patterns and potential issues.
• Negotiate payment arrangements that are mutually beneficial for both the client and the company.
• Stay informed about financial concepts and regulations related to collections.
• Maintain professionalism during all interactions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Commercial, Consumer, Legal, First and Third party collections is preferred. No medical.
• Experience with CUBS is a plus.
• Standard computer skills with ability to multitask two screens, talking and typing at the same time.
• Excellent math skills to accurately assess payment amounts and account balances.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively over the phone, displaying strong phone etiquette.

Requirements

• All Remote Positions base pay: $18/HR - Plus Commission, Paid Twice (2) Monthly
• Monday/late day, Tuesday-Friday/daytime hours, 1 Saturday a month
