Role Description

We're currently looking for top talent to fill the role below:

• Role: Executive Assistant / Marketing Assistant
• Monthly Rate: $1,450
• Availability: Full-time - 40 hours/week
• Time Zone: 9AM- 5PM EST

• Claude AI experience
• Strong communication skills and outbound calling experience
• Prospecting systems expertise

Requirements

• Basic Responsibilities:
• Filling out leases
• Inputting listings
• Data tracking and lead flow management
• Organizing leads and follow-ups
• Systemizing and templatizing processes
• Advanced Responsibilities:
• Building out systems with Claude AI
• Building out CRM infrastructure
• Building out prospecting and email drip campaigns
• Creating market presentations and running data/comps
• Joint prospecting (VA and Jordan both prospecting simultaneously)
