[Hiring] Executive Admissions Representative @Unitek Learning

Role Description

Unitek Learning is seeking an Executive Admissions Representative for our Cross-state enrollment team. This position is 100% remote, must be able to work 10a-7pm PST hours.

• Prospect/Student Interaction (90%):
  • Take inquiry calls from potential students interested in programs, encouraging qualified prospects to schedule interviews.
  • Return web inquiries and calls promptly, providing accurate information about programs.
  • Make outbound calls to potential students expressing interest in attending the institution.
  • Participate in organized phone-a-thons and dialing campaigns as per company best practices.
  • Initiate unsolicited leads and generate new business when not responding to inquiries.
  • Follow up on inquiries that fail to schedule or show for an interview.
  • Follow up with students who did not progress in the enrollment process or dropped/cancelled students.
• Interviews:
  • Schedule and conduct student interviews, ensuring compliance with Company Policy regarding Financial Aid.
  • Utilize only approved company materials during the interview process.
  • Meet with potential students to explain program offerings and match benefits to their needs.
  • Ensure admissions management is well informed about the student’s motivations and concerns.
• Mentoring and Guidance (5%):
  • Provide basic information and routine advice to students on available programs and eligibility requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison between student and campus, assisting with enrollment forms and compliance.
  • Mentor and advise students to help identify their unique skills and interests.
  • Address easily resolved inquiries and ensure appropriate action is taken.
• Administrative (5%):
  • Accurately account for all inquiries and admissions activity.
  • Complete daily activity reports.
  • Ensure all pre-start paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
  • Keep all required reports current and accurate.
  • Attend and complete all required training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by local leaders.
  • Attend meetings as directed by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One (1) year internal hire as a Senior Admissions Representative required or Two (2) years external hire in customer service, telemarketing, or sales required.
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis.
