Role Description

As a Produce Pro Senior Software Consultant, you will work directly with customers to help them get the most value from the Produce Pro ERP platform. This role blends deep industry knowledge with hands-on problem solving, customer consulting, and system expertise.

• Partner with customers to investigate and resolve software and business process issues.
• Recommend best practices and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Occasional travel to customer sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the fresh produce distribution industry.
• 5+ years of experience working with Produce Pro ERP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing or consulting role.
• Accounting and/or warehouse operations knowledge.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in the fresh produce distribution industry.
• Comfortable advising customers on operational and system-related challenges.
• Ability to balance multiple customer engagements while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Strong communication skills and a consulting mindset.
