As a Virtual Customer Benefits Support Representative, you’ll assist clients by providing information about available benefits, answering questions, and helping ensure families receive the support and guidance they need. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States

• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
