Role Description

Are you a people-focused professional who enjoys helping others, answering questions, solving problems, and building meaningful relationships? AO is expanding our virtual team and seeking motivated, service-driven professionals to join us as Remote Member Relationship Advisors. In this role, you'll connect with individuals and working families who have requested information regarding available benefits, help them understand their options, guide them through enrollment, and continue providing service throughout the client relationship.

• Member service, client relationship management, benefits education, and consultative insurance sales within a 100% remote environment.
• Conduct scheduled virtual appointments through Zoom and phone.
• Connect with members who have requested information about available benefits.
• Assist existing members with applicable policy and service needs.

Requirements

• Be comfortable communicating with members through Zoom and phone.
• Be willing to complete required training and professional development.
• Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License.
