Role Description

As a Remote Client Benefits Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients who have requested information about available benefit programs. Your responsibilities include:

• Conduct virtual appointments with clients using Zoom and phone
• Explain available benefit programs in a clear and professional manner
• Answer questions and guide clients through the enrollment process
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up after enrollment
• Maintain accurate digital records and appointment schedules
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every interaction
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development
