• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Welcome new clients and provide a professional virtual experience
• Listen to questions, concerns, and individual needs
• Explain available benefits and coverage options clearly
• Help clients understand their available choices
• Assist eligible clients through applications and enrollment
• Respond to questions professionally and efficiently
• Provide ongoing follow-up and customer support
• Build positive, long-term client relationships
• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
• Work With Clients Who Have Requested Information
• Connect with individuals and families interested in learning more about available benefits
• Focus on understanding needs, answering questions, educating clients, providing solutions, and building relationships
