Role Description

As a Remote Customer Experience & Support Associate, you will provide customer service and administrative support to clients who use Reliable Security Staffing's security services. This is a customer-support position within a security services organization and is not a security guard or security officer position. Your primary responsibilities will involve:

• Communicating with clients and responding to service-related questions.
• Documenting requests and maintaining account information.
• Coordinating with security operations personnel.
• Ensuring clients receive timely and professional assistance.

This position is designed to accommodate candidates with different professional backgrounds. Previous security-industry experience is not required. Comprehensive training will be provided on Reliable Security Staffing's services, customer-support procedures, communication standards, systems, confidentiality requirements, and internal workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-service orientation and professional communication skills.
• Ability to listen carefully and understand client needs.
• Patience and professionalism when handling challenging or sensitive situations.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, or similar applications is beneficial.
• Experience with CRM systems, customer-support platforms, ticketing software, scheduling applications, or contact-center systems is advantageous but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to recognize when an issue should be escalated.
• Ability to remain organized and professional while managing multiple customer requests.
• Ability and willingness to learn company-specific systems and procedures through provided training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional education in Business Administration, Communications, Customer Service, Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, administrative support, call centers, account services, dispatch support, or similar positions is beneficial.
• Previous security-industry experience is not required.
• Entry-level candidates and applicants with transferable skills are encouraged to apply.
