Requirements

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients through Zoom

• Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide follow-up support
• Maintain organized digital records of client interactions
• Participate in weekly training sessions and team development calls
• Build positive relationships that support long-term client satisfaction
