This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling, structured training, and pre-interested client consultations—no cold outreach or door-to-door sales required. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients using Zoom
• Identify client needs and guide them through available benefit options
• Explain coverage details and enrollment steps clearly and professionally
• Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication
• Provide exceptional client service while building long-term relationships
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to strengthen skills

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Confidence using video conferencing platforms and digital tools
• Motivated by service-oriented, purpose-driven work
• Customer service, sales, or client relations experience is helpful but not required

Important Information About This Opportunity

• This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life
• Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
• No prior insurance experience is required
• Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided
