[Hiring] Enterprise Customer Success Manager @BarnTools

Role Description

You lead projects that cross teams and hold a date, without formal authority over most of the people doing the work.

• You adjust to the room, delivering the same information in five different ways for various stakeholders.
• You are comfortable teaching and running training sessions for operations staff.
• You understand your responsibility as the voice of our Enterprise customers internally, advocating for changes and new feature requests.
• You learn quickly and go deep into swine and poultry production, hardware, software, and specific integrator operations.
• You build the plan, including timelines, training schedules, follow-up lists, and status updates.
• You practice Compassionate Curiosity, asking discovery questions and respectfully challenging ideas.
• You use data to drive engagement, identifying accounts needing attention before they ask.
• You write clearly and document decisions for seamless account transitions.
• You stay steady when challenges arise, treating problems as opportunities to work through.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Solution Engineering, or a similar role.
• Direct experience owning enterprise or strategic accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to run structured implementation or rollout programs.
• Proven communication and presentation skills, comfortable delivering recommendations to executives.
• Proven ability to understand complex problems and explain them simply.
• Technical savvy regarding connectivity, sensors, and alerting logic.
• Self-starter who manages time and prioritizes competing demands.
• Comfortable in a remote environment with stable internet.

Requirements

• Background in agriculture, especially swine or poultry production, or willingness to learn.
• Experience with hardware plus SaaS, including physical installs and ongoing subscriptions.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and modern Customer Success tooling.
• Certifications in Customer Success and/or Project Management.
• Experience with enterprise integrations or data exchange between platforms.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in Ag, Business, or MIS.
