[Hiring] Enterprise Customer Success Manager @Sprinto

Role Description

The US is the most demanding and most competitive GRC market in the world — home to security-first enterprises, mature CISO organisations, and the highest bar for what a compliance partner should be. This is where our enterprise ambition is heading, and we're looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own that frontier.

This is not a role for someone who wants a settled playbook handed to them. You'll be one of the early voices defining how Sprinto shows up for US enterprises:

• Carrying a portfolio of high-value accounts.
• Earning the trust of senior security and compliance leaders.
• Turning first-time adopters of AI-powered GRC automation into long-term, expanding partnerships.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in customer success, consulting, or project management.
• Strong track record in US enterprise and mid-market accounts.
• Demonstrated ownership of net revenue retention, renewals, and expansion across a portfolio of strategic, high-ACV accounts.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-phase digital or GRC transformation programs.
• Comfort operating in a new, fast-moving segment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior security and executive stakeholders in US enterprises.
• Strong project management ability across multiple concurrent, complex initiatives.
• Proficiency with CRM and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work in alignment with US business hours for real-time engagement with enterprise accounts.

• Establish Sprinto as the trusted GRC partner for US enterprises.
• Set the standard for how we deliver value in a new and fast-scaling segment.
• Be a trusted advisor to security and compliance leadership.
• Lead complex GRC transformation programs.
• Own and monitor account health.
• Drive strategic reviews.
• Shape playbooks and mentor as an SME.
