[Hiring] Engagement Moderator @ModSquad

Role Description

ModSquad is seeking Mod Contractors to join our network! As an Engagement Moderator, you will:

• Be able to begin orientation immediately
• Demonstrate proactive behavior, quick learning abilities, and strong communication skills
• Stay up to date with project changes and updates
• Have prior Discord or social media moderation experience across multiple platforms
• Bring previous experience with gaming-related projects (a plus!)
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Show consistent reliability and accountability
• Commit to the project for at least 90 days

Our Mods bring super skills, a positive attitude, and a great vibe to project work every day. Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English

Requirements

• Availability of at least 7 hours per week
• Minimum WorkSpace Requirements:
• Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit)
• Processor: Intel Core i7-9700K or AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
• Memory: 16 GB RAM
• Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 2070 (8 GB), AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT (8 GB), or Intel Arc A580 (8 GB)
• DirectX: Version 12
• Network: Stable broadband internet connection
• Storage: At least 100 GB of available space prior to game installation (game size approx. 15–20 GB)
• Please Note: A Chromebook is not sufficient for ModSquad projects.
