[Hiring] End to end Saturation Support Assistant @SuperStaff

Role Description

• Perform end-to-end handling of saturation listings, including Detection, Cleansing, Investigation, and Categorization.
• Identify and detect saturation listings across multiple e-commerce and online platforms.
• Conduct thorough cleansing and investigation of detected listings to determine whether they are counterfeit or legitimate, in accordance with established guidelines.
• Accurately categorize each listing and ensure all relevant information is properly documented and reported to the client.
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with the client regarding findings, updates, and clarifications.
• Ensure that weekly Saturation Detection outputs are processed and completed within the required timeline.
• Perform Cleansing, Investigation, and Categorization tasks efficiently using the Unified View system to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Content Moderator.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in back-office / data entry work.
• Experience in repetitive work.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of databases.

Requirements

• Must be capable of performing Detection, Cleansing, and Investigation tasks.
• Must possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
