Role Description

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

A home energy services company is seeking an experienced EmPower+ Enrollment Caller Virtual Assistant to support a homeowner outreach and enrollment campaign. The primary purpose of this role is to help eligible homeowners apply for and obtain approval for the EmPower+ program.

• The VA will handle phone-based outreach and enrollment support.
• Make outbound calls to homeowner lists provided by the client.
• Answer inbound calls generated from the campaign.
• Explain the program, confirm basic eligibility, and guide homeowners through the application process.
• Conduct persistent follow-up until the application is submitted and approved.
• This is a service- and enrollment-focused role rather than a traditional hard-sales position.
• The VA will follow New York compliance procedures from day one.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in phone sales, appointment setting, benefits enrollment, call center, customer service, or a similar phone-based role.
• Outbound calling experience required.
• Excellent spoken English required.
• Good written English required.
• Level A – Neutral English accent preferred.
• Experience in benefits enrollment or eligibility-based programs strongly preferred.
• CRM experience required; Zoho CRM experience preferred.
• Experience working with scripts and compliance-sensitive calling procedures preferred.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus, not required.
• Experience working with older customers or individuals requiring additional assistance is a plus.

Requirements

• Make outbound calls to homeowners using lists provided by the client.
• Conduct an initial eligibility screening during the call.
• Log every outbound and inbound call and its outcome in Zoho CRM.
• Follow the client's approved calling script and enrollment process.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling homeowner information and documents.
• Follow all client-provided compliance guidelines consistently.
