[Hiring] EDI / Detention Auditor @Prime, Inc.

Role Description

Prime's EDI/Detention associate will primarily assist the sales department by providing administrative support by performing the following duties:

• Transmit EDI data to customers
• Audit and fix errors in transmissions
• Review of customer reports for accuracy
• Audit information in system
• Submit detention requests to customers as required by their contracts
• Work with sales and operations to resolve issues in obtaining detention approvals
• Practice Company Core Values
• Perform related work as required

This is a remote position, on a 4-on-4-off rotation, 2pm-2am. Training is available and would consist of 6-8 weeks in office.

Qualifications

• Any combination of education, training, and experience providing the following knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Basic knowledge of trucking/transportation industry preferred, but not required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to execute logical decisions quickly.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good computer and keyboarding skills with the ability to accurately type at 40 WPM.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and the general Internet.
• Require flexible schedule with the ability to work rotating weekends as necessary.
• Four year college degree in a business-related field or at least one year in a customer service environment preferred, but not required.

Requirements

• Must be able to sit for a large portion of the day.
• Must be able to multitask, talk on the telephone for extended periods of time, and type efficiently.
• Primarily indoors with heating and cooling regulated in a general office environment.
• Surroundings can be noisy at times.
