[Hiring] E-commerce Customer Support & Retention @OurAssistants

Role Description

As a virtual professional at OurAssistants, you will be responsible for:

• Managing two email inboxes (info@ and support@) with responses within 24 hours.
• Daily monitoring and responses across Facebook, Instagram, and X.
• Subscription management through Recharge, including active cancellation save attempts.
• Proactive outreach to lost customers on Trustpilot, Stamped, and social media to rebuild trust.
• Review management across Trustpilot and Stamped.
• Daily tracking of tickets, response times, resolution types, cancellation saves, and winback status.
• Weekly reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Shopify experience; Recharge experience strongly preferred.
• Fluent written English, with a natural and warm tone, not templated.
• Ability to treat a cancellation as a conversation, not a transaction.
• Strong listening skills and ability to make people feel genuinely heard.
• Capability to spot patterns across tickets and flag them proactively.
• Ability to work independently once guidelines are provided and fully own the role.
