• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing efficient and professional resolutions.
• Document all customer interactions accurately within the internal technical database.

• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and product releases within the Consumer Electronics sector.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition to our Dutch-speaking jobs in Greece.
• Strong passion for Consumer Electronics and a natural curiosity for new technology.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is considered a significant asset.
