Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally.
• Previous experience in customer service, contract administration, or the energy industry is a significant asset.
• Strong digital literacy and the ability to navigate complex energy software platforms.
