• Deliver high-quality customer assistance as a Dutch-speaking CX Specialist, ensuring excellent resolution rates.
• Manage complex customer inquiries within the Customer Support Services industry across multiple channels including chat, email, and phone.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize customer experience workflows in a fast-scaling company environment.
• Maintain detailed customer records and feedback loops to identify trends and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition to our international operations.
• Previous experience in the Customer Support Services industry is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for solving customer issues efficiently.
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth scale-up environment.
