We are currently seeking a motivated professional for the Dutch Speaking - Customer Support Agent (Lunch Passes & Food Vouchers) position in Greece. • Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients regarding lunch pass and food voucher inquiries.
• Resolve complex issues within the customer support services sector with efficiency and professionalism.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline support processes and improve service delivery.
• Manage database updates and administrative tasks related to voucher allocations and account management.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and company policies.
• Consistently meet performance targets to qualify for attractive monthly performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Proven experience in customer support services or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing world-class service.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment within Greece.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
