• Provide world-class assistance to Dutch-speaking users regarding their food vouchers and digital lunch pass services.
• Resolve complex inquiries related to account management, balance updates, and merchant support within the Customer Support Services framework.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic and efficient solutions via phone, chat, and email.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues and improve service quality for our clients.
• Ensure compliance with internal privacy policies and data protection standards at all times.
• Contribute to a positive team environment while hitting individual and group performance KPIs.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is essential for this role.
• Strong command of the English language for professional communication.
• Valid EU passport or work permit allowing for employment in Greece.
