Role Description

We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a growing international team. In this role, you will assist customers, provide solutions, and ensure a positive experience for users of a global digital platform.

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Dutch
• Provide accurate information and solutions in line with company policies
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction
• Document interactions and escalate issues when needed
• Collaborate with your team to continuously improve service quality
• Follow internal procedures and workflows consistently

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written)
• Very good English skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and empathy for customers
• Comfortable using Windows OS, internet tools, and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or support roles is a plus
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
