Role Description

Mercier Consultancy Group is currently seeking motivated and customer-focused Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a dynamic and rapidly growing Customer Support Services team based remotely within Greece. This is a fantastic opportunity for Dutch-speaking professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and are looking to advance their careers within the Customer Support Services industry.

  • Deliver prompt, professional, and empathetic customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via telephone, email, and live chat channels.
  • Accurately identify, investigate, and resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests in line with company standards and Customer Support Services best practices.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all customer interactions within the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance at all times.
  • Proactively follow up on open cases to ensure full resolution and a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and departments to escalate complex issues and drive swift, effective outcomes for customers.
  • Stay informed of product, service, and policy updates in order to provide customers with accurate and relevant information at all times.
  • Contribute positively to team performance targets, quality benchmarks, and overall service delivery goals within the Customer Support Services environment.
  • Provide constructive feedback on recurring customer issues to help improve processes, service quality, and the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Native or fluent Dutch language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role.
  • A valid EU passport or the legal right to work within the European Union is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a customer service, customer support, or client-facing role is highly advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to engage, reassure, and assist customers effectively.
  • Proficiency in English at a communicative level to facilitate internal communication and team collaboration.
  • A reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment suitable for remote work within Greece.
  • A positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.
